It is of utmost importance that you practice before you attempt to impart (share) knowledge. For the body to learn well, there must be an established foundation for the poses (asanas) taught in detail to be built upon

The program modules have been structured to include:

  • The 120 poses necessary for both fundamental and intermediate practice
  • Building and intensifying poses
  • The benefits and effective areas of poses. How variations are created
  • By which technique poses can be categorized
  • Detailed guidance regarding how a powerful and flowing yoga can be practiced without sacrificing body awareness
  • How can individual practice be improved and intensified to develop expertise

Breath is the embodiment of the air within us. We will begin with the physical reality of air and move on to the cycle of breath

Other issues regarding breath and breathing techniques:

  • How, when and under what circumstances Pranayama can be applied
  • The stages of Pranayama and their importance
  • The differences between Pranayama and effortless breathing
  • 6 different Pranayama techniques

What is meditation? In this section, we will attempt to find the answer to this question through different meditation teachings and their techniques, in particular, Zen and Zen meditation will be compared

The modules covering meditation practice include:

  • The practice of Zen in meditation techniques and their comparison
  • The fundamentals of sitting, walking, dancing and guided meditation and their practice
  • Methods and important points for the best meditation practice
  • “Meditation” in life

Any function related to the human body requires an understanding of human anatomical and functional reality

No bodily activity can be separated from functional anatomic theory and practice. The immensity of our inner world is conveyed by its physical and spiritual reality, and in our teaching every individual human reality is considered both unique and whole

  • What is the functional anatomy of the pelvic girdle and lower extremities (legs and feet) as related to yoga practice?
  • How are the upper body and its associated spinal curves used in asana practice? What is the functional anatomy of the shoulders and upper extremities (arms and hands) as related to yoga practice?
  • What is the role of the head and neck (as extensions of the spine) in functional movement? How can safe and enhancing yoga practices be developed?

The retreat is the most intense part of the program. For this reason, it takes place after the physical, cognitive and emotional development stages. It includes both group work and occasional individual practices

In order to complete the program, it is necessary to attend the retreat and any knowledge must be shared. The certificate ceremony takes place at the end of the retreat

During the 7-day retreat, all acquired knowledge and practices are implemented both inside and outside the group. Special-diet detoxes are served to support the practices that require them
