
Our classes have been developed to give an expectant mother physical, cognitive and emotional strength and comfort during her pregnancy while also contributing to healthy communication between mother and baby. Asanas and the use of breath are taught according to the baby’s position, growth, and any physical and hormonal changes that occur during pregnancy
